COVID-19 FAQs

#1. Yes we are open! We are maintaining normal hours for now (Mon-Sat 7am-8pm, Sun 8am-7pm).
We may have to reduce a few hours if more of our employees need to go off the schedule.

#2. We don’t have any employees out because of positive Covid-19 tests, but we do have several employees in higher risk brackets and we have strongly encouraged them to go off the schedule proactively. That means we are short-staffed, so please be patient with us.

#3. We DO NOT have any kind of masks in stock. When we have recently gotten some, we immediately supply them to health care professionals. We will not sell masks to the public until the health care community tells us that they have all that they need. We have been able to source some respirator cartridges. If you are in an industry where you have a respirator and need cartridges, we may be able to help.

#4. We do not have toilet paper in stock, but we should have some very soon, possibly by Thursday.

#5. We do have paper towels, shop towels, disposable gloves, and disinfectants in stock. We may not have the brand that you prefer, but we have options that will do the job.

#6. No you don’t have to come inside! You can go on to AceHardware.com and select your items and select our store for local pick up. After you get your confirmation email, drive on down and call us from the parking lot. We will run your items out to your car. If for some reason that is not an option for you, call us in advance to put your items aside (and to make sure we have them for you). Call us from the parking lot and we will come out to retrieve cash or a credit/debit card for payment, take it inside and process it, and then bring you back your receipt/change and your items. This process is time consuming and we are doing it for many people, so please be patient with delays.

Finally, we would just like to thank all of our customers for being 99% positive and patient with us in this challenging time. Almost all of you seem to realize that our employees are doing their best to provide the excellent service that you have come to expect even though they themselves are anxious about being exposed for 5-10 hours a day while everyone else is being told to stay home. Please allow them to maintain six feet of physical distance wherever possible and thank you for being patient if the wait is a bit longer than normal. They are doing their best and we are incredibly proud of them.
